Terms and conditions

BOOKINGS

A 50% non refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking. This payment holds your booking and is taken as agreement to my terms and conditions. The balance is due 48 hours before your booked shoot. Please contact me prior if there are any issues.

IMAGES

GOB will archive your images for 4 months post you receiving your dropbox link. After that, they will be deleted from my storage.

GOB will select the images from your shoot in which to edit and provide to you. Aquiring RAW (unedited) images is not an option. There is no proofing stage. In saying that, I hope you have hired me because you love my work and trust my creative process.

Pop up upgrade images are again, selected by me. There is no back and forth or consultation in regards to the pictures you receive. Purchasing this upgrade means that you agree to these terms.

GIFTED SESSIONS

Gifted sessions can be purchased for a Gang of Babes Hangs at pop up shoot, Bubble hangs, home hangs session or for a dollar amount. The lucky recipient of the shoot will have 6 months from the time of purchase to book in their session. After this period of time their code will expire and they must get in contact via email to have it extended. Bookings will follow the usual GOBs process and will be subject to availability of the online calendar. Offerings are subject to change however the gift card dollar amount will always be met.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However your deposit can be credited towards a future session if at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is given via email. Once a session has been cancelled you will have 7 days from the initial shoot date to rebook your session or your deposit will be lost.

RESCHEDULING

In the event that I am unable to shoot your session, I will only reschedule based on events outside of my control like rain/bad weather, or illness. If we have to reschedule I will be in touch with you as soon as possible and we will organise another time that is mutually suitable for us both.

WEATHER- If we have organised a shoot outside (custom pop up, custom headshots) and it is forecast to rain, I will contact you to reschedule. It is not my preference to shoot outdoors in the rain if I can avoid it. In saying that, if rain is forecast for your Home Hangs shoot, we will continue with our shoot unless you contact me because you were really hoping for pictures in your garden/ yard- in which case I will try my best to accomodate another time for you. Pop Up shoots do not go ahead in any chance of rain at the time of my whole shooting duration, you will be contacted with plenty of notice with a reschedule date and time and if you are unable to attend, you will be given a code to use at a future pop up session within 6 months from issue.
